2 cups sweet potato, coarsely grated
2/3 cups chickpeas, cooked
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
1. Combine sweet potato, chickpeas, egg, flour and spices in a mixing bowl. Mix till well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan with some oil. Form Patties and place on the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until crisp and golden.
3. Assemble burger with the patty and toppings of your choice. Serve hot.
