 
              250 ml yogurt
125 ml milk
150 gm pineapple, diced
4 cardamom pods
30 ml maple syrup
Few mint leaves

                  Groundnut Oil                  1. Put pineapple, yogurt, milk, maple syrup and cardamom into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Place in a tall glass with ice cubes.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
