2 ripe avocados, halved and stoned
1 large banana
6 tbsp thick coconut milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter, unsweetened
2 tsp honey
2 tsp maple syrup
100 gm yogurt
Dark chocolate for decoration
1. Add the avocado, banana, honey, cocoa powder, peanut butter and coconut milk in a blender and blend until smooth. It should be thick. Scoop it in a serving bowl.
2. Beat the thick yogurt with some maple syrup. Dollop it on top of the pudding .
3. Grate the dark chocolate on top of it. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
