Ingredients

110 gm wheatgerm flour
50 gm powdered jiggery
100 gm bengalgram flour (besan)
Milk to blend

Wheatgerm Ladoos

PREP: 5 mins | TOTAL TIME: 20 mins
Groundnut Oil

Method:

1. Roast the two flours separately and add the powdered jaggery

2. Knead with milk, till it comes together. Form dough into balls.
